SmokeForWhat.com is a non-profit website to encourage smokers to quit and stop smoking. We provide necessary information to help smokers before, during and after their quit smoking process. We are also looking at more helps that we can provide in future.
What instigated your team to start the website?
Smoking does not only affected smokers but also non-smokers. Second-hand and third-hand smoke cause suffering in breathing, apart from all the fire outbreaks. Littering and damages of public and private properties are annoying. What happens to the smokers' families when their health go down?
Is the site free to use?
Yes, SmokeForWhat.com is a non-profit website. However, we do not have the copyright to all contents and thus, you have to seek their individual owner for permission if you need to borrow them. By using any of the contents in our site, we would need you to acknowledge by linking to our URL https://smokeforwhat.com.
How do your team maintain the website?
The domain name and webspace do require money to upkeep. Great amount of time is spent maintaining and updating of the website to revise and inject more contents. There is currently no long term plan devised to solve this issue of time and money. If you have anything in mind, please do advise us. We are also open to discussion with sponsors who might approach us.
Do you guys hate smokers?
No. there are many inconsiderate and nasty smokers around but we have very kind friends who do smoke as well. If we were to hate smokers, we would not have come up with this website to help them.
